NCA

The National Change Agent for Social Housing (NCA) was established by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) to act as the first point of call for social landlords who wish to improve the procurement and delivery efficiencies of their capital works programmes. Its specific remit is to support the establishment and development of procurement consortia.

Valueworks is an accredited advisor to the NCA. Valueworks assists social landlords in establishing machinery for the generation of significant cash savings for consortium members. To date, the primary focus of our work in this respect has been with GM Procure. This accreditation further strengthens Valueworks' social housing sector credentials.
